Founder, Coreva Technology · Sustainable City Technologies and Zero-Waste Systems

İbrahim Berat Kadıoğlu is an Istanbul-based entrepreneur who brings together three backgrounds that meet in city infrastructure: three years of owning and running a transportation and logistics business, professional expertise in occupational health and safety, and a degree in business administration. In August 2025 he founded Coreva Technology to build the digital and physical infrastructure of sustainable cities.

Coreva's first platform, ReSmart City, connects smart waste stations and other public-space stations with ReLuca, a behavior-change app, so that recycling and citizen participation become rewarded, verified and measurable.

Why this founder

01An operator, not only an idea owner

Three years running a transportation business. Waste collection is a logistics problem at its core: routes, vehicles and field operations.

02Safety designed in from day one

An OHS specialist who treats public-space hardware as safety-critical: the X0025 station carries a draft CE risk assessment from the concept stage.

03Commercial discipline

Every product is judged on who pays, why they pay, and how its impact is measured, not on technology alone.

Key work at Coreva

Ecosystem design
ReSmart City
Designed an ecosystem of five physical stations and one digital platform, linked by a dual point model: RePu, a value earned only through physically verified waste drop-off, and Aura, a behavior and impact score.
Smart waste station
ReSmart X0025
Led the pre-production package: concept general-arrangement drawings, an 80-line bill of materials with a sheet-metal parts list, electrical block diagrams and a draft CE risk assessment covering 35 hazards. Analyzed Türkiye's deposit return system to position the device correctly under current regulation.
Animal feeding station
ReFeed
Prepared the production package: bill of materials, technical and exploded assembly drawings, an electronics block diagram, and a production and assembly guide.
Mobile platform
ReLuca + Luma
Designed more than 38 app screens and defined a focused v1.0 MVP: daily missions, Aura streaks, monthly zero-waste themes, the Luma assistant and the ReFeed purchase flow. Points are verified server-side to prevent fraud.

Hardware is at the design and prototyping stage. Partner conversations are early-stage and not yet contracted.

How he works

“Technology is a means, not the product. Every product must be implementable, scalable and commercially viable, with impact reported in concrete metrics.”
